Town Creek is a great place to work when looking for a job for the summer! Based in the heart of the neighborhood, Town Creek is a quiet and secluded pool with lively members to bring the fun. Our members are extremely friendly and love to interact with staff.
We value and prioritize easy communication between all staff members to avoid conflicts and ensure the pool is running well. Our lifeguards have flexible schedules with hours that work with their summer lives.
Lastly, we love to have fun at Town Creek. During the summer seasons, we host food trucks, late-night swims, and other holiday events that the staff supports and runs. Throughout the day, our staff members and pool members love to listen to music through our sound system. Come work for us and enjoy the pool!
Growing up, the Town Creek Community—specifically the pool and swim team—was such a huge part of my life in so many incredible ways. Lifeguarding here was such a rewarding and enjoyable experience, filled with amazing coworkers and a wonderful community. It is such a joy to interact with everyone at the pool, and management makes working here such an enjoyable experience!
