Who Manages the Town Creek Pool and How is it Operated?
The Town Creek Pool is a seasonal, membership-only pool operated by a not-for-profit entity - Town Creek Recreation, Inc. The board of directors oversees operations under local laws.
What is the Parking Like?
We have a dedicated paved parking lot with handicapped parking as well. Our parking lot is open to guests of the neighboring park as well.
Is There a Baby Pool?
We have a small, fully enclosed baby pool for children pre-school and under. We offer a sunshade over a portion of the area, age-appropriate toys, and two water tables. Child-sized and adult seating is available. Adjacent to the baby pool area is a gazebo with a picnic table. Adult supervision is always REQUIRED when a child is in the baby pool area.
Who is Allowed in the Pool Area?
The Town Creek Pool is a membership-only facility. Memberships are available to families and individuals. Each membership comes with several guest passes. Additional guest passes can be purchased. There are no daily pass options available.
Can I Bring in Guests?
Guest passes are available as part of your membership. If you need additional guest passes, you can purchase them (cash) from the guard shack or by requesting them in advance via email. The member sponsoring a guest must remain at the pool with the guest.
What Are the Pool Hours?
The pool is open daily from 12-8 pm. We may close the pool early for events like swim meets and holidays. Additionally, the pool may close early due to inclement weather.
What Seating Amentities do you Offer?
The pool deck offers a variety of seating options, from loungers to tables/chairs and several picnic tables. We have a large number of umbrellas for shading in addition to a gazebo with a picnic table. Our gazebo area features a large picnic table and is open to the baby pool area. Electricity and lighting are available.
Can I Host a Pool Party?
Party reservations are available to members (gazebo during open hours or the whole pool after hours). We do offer a limited number of non-member rental options after hours. For more information and pricing, please email towncreekpool@gmail.com.
Can I Grill at Town Creek?
Our grill area features a deck area, two grills, and two picnic tables available for members to use during operating hours. Grills should be operated by adults only. Members are encouraged to bring appropriate grill supplies.
Do You Have Concessions?
Our concession stand features a nicely curated selection of treats from salty to sweet and includes fan favorites - ice cream sandwiches and freeze pops. Please ask a staff member for more details regarding food allergies.

Do You Have a Swim Team?
Do You Teach Swim Lessons?
Currently, we do not offer swimming lessons. Members will be notified if classes become available.
What is Your Policy Regarding the Weather?
The Town Creek Pool follows all appropriate safety rules mandating closures. It will also periodically close for extreme hot/cool temperatures or if the air quality is poor and local officials deem it unsafe. The pool is required to close 30 minutes after each thunder roll and 1 hour after each lightning strike.
Can I Smoke?
The Town Creek Pool strictly prohibits the use of cigarettes, including e-cigarettes, within pool grounds. Citizens who do not abide by this rule will be asked to leave.
What Does the Swim Test Require?
To swim in the deep end, children 13 and under must take a swim test. The test includes swimming one length of the pool without assistance, treading water for 30 seconds, then finishing stepping out of the pool without using the steps.
